1. Terms & Conditions

Our standard service

The standard GBP Champ optimisation service costs £90 one-time and applies to one existing Google Business Profile for one business location.

The work may include reviewing and optimising business categories, business description, services, opening hours, relevant attributes, profile links, profile completeness and photo or presentation recommendations.

What is not included

  • website SEO or web design
  • backlink or citation building
  • Google Ads or social media management
  • new Google Business Profile verification
  • suspension appeals or reinstatement work
  • multiple business locations
  • guaranteed rankings, calls, leads, sales or revenue

Profile access

You should provide access through Google’s normal Business Profile permission system. We do not require your Google account password.

Turnaround

Our normal target is 3–5 working days after receiving the information and profile access required to carry out the work. This is a target rather than a guaranteed completion deadline.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate and lawful business information. We may rely on the information you provide when updating your profile.

No ranking guarantee

Google controls its own search and map rankings. GBP Champ does not guarantee any specific position or any particular increase in calls, enquiries, customers, sales or revenue.

2. Payment

The standard one-time optimisation price is £90, unless another price is clearly agreed before work begins.

No payment is currently taken directly through this website. Where payment is arranged separately, it may appear under the legal business name Xcel Rank Ltd.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may request cancellation before substantive work begins. Where work has not started, we will normally provide a refund of any amount already paid.

Once substantive work has started or the optimisation has been completed, payments are normally non-refundable except where we are unable to provide the purchased service or applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.

4. Optional Monthly Maintenance

After the initial optimisation, optional Google Business Profile maintenance is available for £60 per month.

Maintenance may include routine profile checks, business-information updates, service updates, profile posts, review-response support and general profile maintenance.

The maintenance service is optional. Cancellation stops future monthly service and billing. Any already-started service period is normally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

5. Privacy Policy

We may collect your name, business name, email address, telephone number, business or service-area information, Google Business Profile URL, website address, order information, communications with us and basic technical information.

How we use your information

  • to respond to enquiries
  • to provide the service you purchase
  • to communicate about your order or profile
  • to manage customer support
  • to maintain business and accounting records
  • to prevent misuse or fraud
  • to comply with legal obligations

Google account passwords

We do not require customers to provide their Google account password. Profile access should be provided through Google’s recognised access-management features.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@xcelrank.com.

6. Cookie Policy

This website may use essential cookies or similar technologies needed for normal website functionality and security.

If non-essential analytics, advertising or other tracking technologies are added later, appropriate information and consent controls should be added where required by law.
